Event budgets vary depending on scale and level of execution.
Our fees focus on planning, styling, and overall coordination—from concept development to final delivery.
Venue, catering, desserts, hosting, photography and entertainment are provided by trusted suppliers. We curate and manage all elements to ensure a cohesive result. These services are quoted separately based on your selections.
Can I use my own vendors?
Absolutely. We're happy to collaborate with your preferred vendors to ensure a cohesive experience.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend securing your date as early as possible. We accept a limited number of events, with priority given to confirmed bookings.
Will the final result match the design?
All designs are tailored to the venue and conditions.
We refine details on-site to ensure the best outcome—in most cases, the final result exceeds the original concept.
Can the budget be adjusted?
Yes. We tailor proposals to different budget ranges.
We recommend defining a clear budget early to achieve the best overall result.

Initial Consultation

Creative concepts and budget structure.

Confirmation
Contract signed with a 50% deposit (minimum $1,000) to secure your date and commence planning. Non-refundable.

Design development and supplier coordination.

Final Payment
Balance due at least 7 days prior to the event.
